Kumpix Refund Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This Refund Policy sets out the conditions for refunds of payments for the Kumpix Pro subscription offered by Oğuzhan ÇART ("Kumpix"). By making a purchase or requesting a refund, you accept the Terms of use and the Subscription terms.

1. Try before you buy

New accounts may use all features free of charge for 14 (fourteen) days. We recommend using the trial period to evaluate whether Kumpix fits your workflow before deciding to purchase.

2. Right of withdrawal

The Pro subscription is a service performed electronically and immediately, whose performance begins upon your approval. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such services.

3. First-period refund guarantee

Despite the withdrawal exception, Kumpix refunds the fee for the first subscription period, without requiring any reason, upon a request sent to info@kumpix.com within 14 (fourteen) days of the first payment. This guarantee applies once per account and does not cover renewal payments.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro features remain available until then. No refunds are given for partial periods.

5. Discontinuation of the Service

If Kumpix discontinues the Service entirely, the fee for any paid and unused period will be refunded.

6. Refund process

Send your refund request to info@kumpix.com from the email address registered to your account. Approved refunds are made through Polar to the payment method used; the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. Your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law are reserved.
