Kumpix End User License Agreement

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms of the license granted to you for installing and using the Kumpix desktop application (the "Application") offered by Oğuzhan ÇART ("Kumpix"). By installing or using the Application, you accept this Agreement and the Terms of use.

1. Scope of the license

Kumpix grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive license to use the Application in accordance with this Agreement and your plan. The Application is licensed, not sold; all intellectual property rights in the Application belong to Kumpix.

2. Account and computers

2.1. The desktop license is tied to your cloud account; no separate license key is sold.

2.2. An account may be active on no more than 3 (three) computers at the same time. Sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.

2.3. The license is bound to the computer you sign in on and remains valid for up to 7 (seven) days without an internet connection. Under no circumstances does this period extend beyond the end of the trial or of the paid subscription period.

3. Plans

Without a valid license, the Application runs on the Free plan, and drawing and editing features are available. AI, export and customer links require signing in with an account that is in its trial period or on the Pro plan.

4. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Application, circumvent its license checks, or rent, sell or transfer the Application or its licenses to third parties. The Application may not be used for purposes that violate applicable law or in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Your designs

The designs and files you create with the Application belong to you. Designs you draw on the desktop are stored only on your own computer.

6. Updates

The Application receives updates digitally signed by Kumpix. Updates may include bug fixes, improvements and new features; keeping the Application up to date may be required for security and license verification.

7. Limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is". Models generated by AI and the calculated weight, volume and price values are estimates; before sending a design to production, it is your responsibility to check its dimensions, stone settings and castability. With respect to the limits of liability, Section 9 of the Terms of use applies.

8. Termination

If you materially breach this Agreement, Kumpix may terminate your license. When you delete your account, the licenses on your computers become invalid.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Section 12 of the Terms of use applies to disputes.
