Kumpix Subscription Terms

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

These Subscription Terms apply to the Kumpix Pro subscription offered by Oğuzhan ÇART ("Kumpix") and form an integral part of the Terms of use. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of use.

2. Fees and subscription period

The Pro subscription is billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the period you choose, at the price and taxes shown on the order screen. Payments are collected through Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), acting as Merchant of Record; receipts and taxes are issued and handled by Polar. Your card details never reach Kumpix.

3. Automatic renewal

Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length of time, with payment charged to your saved payment method. If a renewal payment cannot be collected, the account moves to the Free plan until payment is made; your designs and account data are not affected.

4. Price changes

Price changes are announced by email at least 30 (thirty) days before they take effect and apply from the first renewal period following the notice. The fee for a period already paid is not changed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro features remain available until then. For refund conditions, see the Refund policy.

6. Account and number of computers

A subscription belongs to the account it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to another account. An account may be active on no more than 3 (three) computers at the same time.

7. AI usage

AI requests are processed in the cloud. To ensure the continuity and fair use of the Service, a daily request limit applies per account.
